Do you accept insurance?
We operate as out-of-network providers. We do not bill insurance directly, but superbills can be provided upon request.
How soon will I hear back?
We respond as quickly as possible during business hours. For urgent patient needs, please use the Patient Portal or call.
Can I use HSA/FSA funds?
Yes naturopathic medical care, labs, and prescribed supplements can often be paid using HSA/FSA/Flex Plan funds.
What is your cancellation policy?
