Specialty Lab Testing & Pricing Transparency
Specialty lab testing is recommended only when clinically appropriate and is billed separately by the laboratory.
To keep specialty testing as affordable as possible, Dr. Baptist uses her own provider rate with the lab and passes that same price directly to you.
Lab recommendations are individualized based on your symptoms, history, and goals, and not every patient requires the same testing.
During your consultation, Dr. Baptist will review which labs may be appropriate and help you prioritize testing in the most practical and cost-conscious way possible.

Before any labs are ordered, Dr. Baptist will review the specific tests being recommended and prepare your exact lab order. You’ll receive a copy of that order to call your health insurance company directly, so you can confirm your real, personal cost before anything is submitted. Nothing is sent to the lab without your go-ahead.
